Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026.

1. Information we collect

Account data you provide when you register or sign in, such as your email address, name, authentication method, and securely hashed password when password sign-in is used.

Payment proof you submit to obtain API access, including stablecoin, network, transaction hash, sending wallet address, screenshots, receipts, project details, and admin review notes.

API usage telemetry generated when you use a key, including request counts and timestamps per plan window, endpoints called, tokens or coins queried, rejection reasons, status codes, and latency.

Basic technical and security data such as IP address, user agent, device/browser signals, cookies, logs, and similar information needed to secure and operate the Service.

2. How we use your information

To provide, secure, and manage your API access; issue and manage account-bound credentials; enforce rate limits, coverage bands, distinct-coin caps, and other plan entitlements.

To verify payments, keep transaction and subscription records, activate or renew access, handle support, and communicate important account or service updates.

To detect and prevent abuse, debug issues, improve reliability, maintain audit logs, comply with legal obligations, and protect the Service, users, sources, and partners.

3. Payments

Payments are made in stablecoins (USDT/USDC) on supported chains. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank account details, or custodial wallet credentials.

We retain the proof you submit, including transaction hashes, wallet addresses, screenshots, and review outcomes, as records of payment and access approval. Blockchain transactions may remain publicly visible on their networks.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage for session authentication, CSRF protection, language preference, selected plan state, last-known public catalog data, dashboard operation, and basic security.

You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling required cookies or storage may prevent sign-in, checkout, dashboard, or language features from working correctly.

5. Legal basis for processing

Where privacy laws require a legal basis, we process data to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service operation, comply with legal obligations, and rely on consent where required.

If you are in a region such as the EEA or UK, you may contact us for more detail about the legal basis that applies to a particular processing activity.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the platform, such as hosting, storage, email delivery, authentication, security, and operational tooling, and where required by law.

Authorized administrators, contractors, or support personnel may access limited data when needed for payment review, support, security, compliance, or service maintenance.

7. International data transfer

The Service and its providers may process data in countries other than the one where you live. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred, stored, and processed internationally.

Where required, we use reasonable safeguards for international transfers, such as working with reputable providers and limiting access to what is necessary for the Service.

8. Data retention

We keep account, subscription, key, and payment records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and audit purposes.

Usage telemetry and security logs are retained for a limited period for rate limiting, abuse prevention, analytics, and troubleshooting, unless longer retention is required to protect the Service or comply with law.

9. Security

Credentials are account-bound and shown only once when issued. Passwords are stored hashed, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account, devices, email, wallets, and API keys.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, export of, restriction of, or objection to processing of your personal data, subject to legal retention and security requirements.

Contact us to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain records where required by law, accounting duties, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or security.

11. Children’s data

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where a higher age threshold applies. Children may not create accounts, buy plans, or use API keys without lawful authorization.

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was most recently revised.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the Service or dashboard. Continued use after the effective date means the updated policy applies.

13. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy or requests about your personal data can be sent to the support contact listed in your account dashboard.
